FTP FILE CHECK LIST!

Please include text file containing application info, font usage, image usage and contact info.

Please include all embedded and linked files (EPS and TIFF) from all application packages.

For 4-Color Process jobs - please be sure all images and photos are in CMYK format.

For Spot color printing - please make sure to use proper Spot Color designations.

Please - NO RGB files or images. All must be converted to CMYK

Include all fonts in a separate folder named "fonts". Adobe Type 1 fonts must be included both screen and printer fonts.

Fax a current B & W copy of your job to 562-430-1097, and/or email PDF to joespine@aol.com

Always keep the original copy of your files, in case of file Corruption.

Before sending any files... Please make sure all your Digital files including fonts and images are put in a "stuff it" or "zip" folder.

Please make sure your file names do not include any control characters such as #, &, *, etc... only use Alphanumeric characters A to Z and 1 to 0, you may also use -, or _.

Please call ahead for FTP user name and password information.

You may also submit your Digital Artwork in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. We can print direct from High-Quality PDF files. For help creating PDF files that are print-ready, please read our "How to PDF" page.
